SOMETHING ABOUT DIFFERENT ENTRANCES

At Odfjell, we regularly post cadet and internship opportunities on our platform.

Since 2004, Odfjell has sponsored thousands of students aiming for a maritime career. 

Through our scholarship program, we have more than 50 cadets enrolled in classes and on board various ships at any time. As of July 2021, the Odfjell Cadetship program has supported 364 maritime students. These graduates continue to excel and many of them have already become Odfjell’s reliable officers.

We are dependent on highly competent crew for Odfjell’s day-to-day operations, and we have a continuous focus on competence development and training.

In Odfjell, experienced staff from sea and shore, and from our partners, facilitate relevant up-to-date training. Top-of-the-line training equipment and facilities allow our seafarers to be familiar with technical procedures and safety features, even before they go on board.

Odfjell’s vessels are equipped with modern facilities and equipment, offering a safe and efficient working environment. Crews enjoy good food, onboard gyms and activity options, and on some vessels facilities such as swimming pools or basketball courts – supporting well-being and an active life at sea.

Yes. All Odfjell vessels are equipped with Starlink, providing reliable internet access on board for both work and personal use.
