Our Recruitment Process
1. Application Submission
All candidates submit their CV and relevant documents through our online recruitment portal.
2. Initial Screening
HR and hiring manager review applications to assess qualifications, experience, and motivation for the role.
3. First Interview
Can either be “in person” or digital. We focus on your background and competencies, and provide information about the position and company
4. Second Interview
May include a personality assessment, case assignment and a more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, HR, and relevant colleagues.
5 Reference Checks
We typically speak with two-three recent professional and relevant references before making an offer.
6. Offer and Onboarding
Successful candidates receive an offer and onboarding information to ensure a smooth and welcoming start in their new role.
