Our recruitment process

1. Application submission

   All candidates submit their CVs and relevant documents through our online recruitment portal

2. Initial screening

   HR and hiring managers review applications to assess qualifications, experience, and motivation for the role

3. First interview
   Relevant candidates are invited to an in-person or digital interview. We focus on your background and competencies and provide information about the position and our company

4. Second interview
   The second interview may include a personality assessment, case assignment, and a more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, HR, and relevant colleagues

5. Reference checks
   We typically speak with two to three recent professional and relevant references before making an offer

6. Offer and onboarding
   Successful candidates receive an offer and onboarding information to ensure a smooth and welcoming start
