Crew members took part in four key sessions:
“As bridging the gap for the new technology was quite challenging, especially for our veteran seafarers, the crew onboard accepted the challenge which resulted in a fun and productive day,” shared our crew onboard Bow Cecil.
Onboard, the activities sparked thoughtful discussions and encouraged collaboration among crew members of different ranks and experiences. Seafarers worked together during group exercises and shared valuable insights on how digitalization is changing both safety practices and daily life onboard.
“The crew’s enthusiastic involvement shows that safety is a culture we create together, not just a set of rules,” added Wiper Maria Roxanne Ruiz from Bow Saga.
