Announcement of fixed income meetings

Odfjell SE has mandated Arctic Securities and DNB Carnegie as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and Danske Bank and SEB as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing May 19, 2025.

A new NOK denominated 5-year senior unsecured floating rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. The net proceeds shall be applied towards general corporate purposes.
