The tailor-made Odfjell Customer Portal is launched

A tailor-made Odfjell Customer Portal is now launched, offering our customers a detailed and efficient overview of the cargo transportation logistics.

The Odfjell Customer Portal service provides the following  information:

  • An overview of a customer's ongoing orders
  • A summary of the chartered vessel's position
  • Estimated arrival 
  • Insight into port activities
  • Statistics of customer business with Odfjell
  • Outstanding invoice amounts


The portal is primarily made for contract customers. VP Asia Thomas Lund is the Product Owner for the customer portal. Feel free to nominate ideas of how we can improve the value for our contract customers, e.g., to market our commercial management, safety regime, or superior emission control.

Odfjell employees with Office 365 access have a direct login and can select various customers from the drop-down menu to see the shared data sets. The link to the Customer Portal may be found at the bottom of Odfjell.com and in the Key apps & links section on the Insite home page.
