Supporting mental health through art: Manila office hosts mental health day workshop

Our Manila office celebrated World Mental Health Day with the “Art for Wellbeing Workshop,” a day-long event aimed at promoting self-care and mindfulness among employees. This all-day activity invited colleagues to engage in a range of experiences designed to nurture mental and emotional well-being.

Each colleague received a “Your Self-Care Jar” card, guiding them to explore various booths and earn stickers for each completed activity. From adult coloring and mindful journaling to sleep management tips and a mental health empowerment board, the activities encouraged practical ways to support mental health.

Adding a touch of fun, participants could also challenge themselves with the Falling Sticks Speed Game and capture moments with friends at the photo station.

Once all stickers were collected, participants entered a draw for a relaxing day trip to a beach resort, offering a reward for their commitment to well-being.

The workshop provided hands-on tools for supporting mental health, creating a welcoming space for relaxation, creativity, and connection.

As we prioritize our well-being, let’s remember that mental health is essential to a balanced and fulfilling life. Taking time for self-care, connecting with others, and seeking support when needed are all vital steps toward sustaining our mental and physical health.
