ShipMoney to launch a new ShipMoney app

ShipMoney issues reminders to prepare users for the launch of the new ShipMoney app.

The new ShipMoney app will use the latest technology to improve performance while using less data, and is expected to be more intuitive and user-friendly.

Before updating the app, all users are reminded to have the following details handy:

  1. Username
  2. Password
  3. Answers to security questions

 

Login details

  • Login details (username + password) will not be transferred to the new app
  • For cardholders who do not remember their username or password, the easiest way to retrieve these information is to use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” link, highlighted below:
     


Security questions

  • Answering the security questions will be required to register the device on the new app
  • Account holders who have forgotten their answers to the security questions can update their security question options by following this path: Login >> Manage Account >> Security Questions

 

Other details

  • Saved recipients for card-to-card, MoneyGram and ShipMoney wire service will be transferred automatically
  • The account is the same and no further actions are needed

 

The crew can contact the Crewing team or ShipMoney Customer Support (through the Online Help or by calling +1 513 354 8931) if they have any queries or doubts relating to the upgrade. ShipMoney will likewise post a message on the ShipMoney messaging system about the update.
