Project Spring commenced on April 19 and is progressing well. We are now in the analysis phase and the communication and cooperation between the workstream participants are positive and give room for optimism.

As previously announced, the overall goal of Project Spring is to identify areas for cost and/or efficiency improvements and the project will focus on how we perform our tasks. Can we do them smarter, more standardized, more digitalized?
We know that many of you have good ideas and we invite you to participate with suggestions for improvement. We have therefore established a digital form where you can submit your suggestions for improvement. All suggestions will be evaluated and presented to the steering group and the relevant workstream.
