Present from Sasol was Bulk Marine Trade Specialist Darian Ince, Bulk Marine Trade Specialist Thato Mkhize and Bulk Marine Trade Specialist Glen Sibisi.
The meeting started off with Shamlin opening and logging into the Customer portal to give the guys a step-by-step illustration on how to use the Portal. As Shamlin went through the system, the guys seemed very proactive, asked a lot of questions, and even suggested ways to improve so that it added more value for them.
"Our objective was to get the feedback, the criticism if any, so that improvements can be made to the system that will be beneficial to all our customers making use of the system. The guys from Sasol were very eager to make use of the Portal. They have since been granted access and are now users of the Portal. We look forward to hearing what their thoughts are, what works and doesn’t work for them having used the system a few times themselves."
