The afternoon session provided an in-depth company orientation about Odfjell. Crew Planning and Training Manager Marites Villena and Recruitment Coordinator Kim Galura gave a comprehensive briefing to prepare cadets and their families for the apprenticeship journey. They highlighted the expectations and responsibilities that lie ahead, ensuring that all participants were well-informed about the apprenticeship process and the professional environment at Odfjell.
