Orca Web is a cloud solution, built on the very successes of its offline forerunners.
Orca Web is an ambitious release with a brand new design, improved codes, user interface and features to meet the needs of tomorrow. It is also believed to boost corporate agility since we no longer must battle complex software rollouts, memory sticks and physical installations. In Orca Web, new features and fixes can be deployed to the web instantaneously.
Orca Web has been carefully tested since last year, and considering the positive feedback received by pilot vessels, we are ready to release the software live in production. Our goal is to complete the rollout during the end of 1Q 2022. The rollout will start slow, and will be scaled up after proof of concept only. A dedicated Teams channel will be created for end-user support.

About Orca: An operational software developed and tailored for Odfjell Tankers' purpose and need, powered by a master data portal called Armada, which allows for each ship's “Orca” to be perfectly tailored based on design, cargo tanks, equipment and machinery. Orca was first released in 2013 as a stowage tool, but due to the platform's success, new applications were added in later releases.
Please note: The stowage tool will not be part of Orca-web migration. The stowage tool will remain in Orca 7 with offline capabilities. IMOS / ORCA workflow stays unchanged.
