Anchored on this year’s theme from the International Labor Organization (ILO), “Revolutionizing health and safety: the role of AI and digitalization at work,” the event explores how new technologies influence the way we work, think, and assess information.
The campaign highlights the need to stay alert not just in physical operations, but also in digital environments where misinformation, manipulation, and automation are becoming part of daily workflows.
The Bergen office rolls out a series of interactive activities throughout the day. Employees take part in an online quiz covering practical uses of AI, spotting deep fakes, and understanding digital behavior.
The winner will be announced during the event and awarded a ChatGPT Enterprise license and AirPods.
To help demystify AI, a dedicated help desk will be set up at Telexen, where colleagues can ask questions, explore AI tools, and learn how to use prompts effectively. The setup is managed by internal coordinators and supported by Odfjell’s external AI advisor, creating a space for hands-on learning.
Two focused sessions on AI@Odfjell give a closer look at how AI is already being used across the organization. These sessions include interactive segments designed to encourage awareness and critical thinking.
The launch of the Copilot app and internal AI Hub rounds out the day’s program. These new resources are designed to support long-term learning, offering centralized access to tools, examples, and updates for employees interested in integrating AI into their work more responsibly.
Meanwhile, Odfjell Terminals Korea is set to celebrate on Apil 30, 2025, focusing on general safety topics and lessons learned from incidents in terminals. The Ulsan-based terminal aims to discuss preliminary findings on an incident that took place in February.
