The revived series (Bow Cheetah, Bow Puma, Bow Leopard and Bow Lion) received a commanding 51% of the total 444 votes in the online poll.
The poll was launched to determine the names of the four new 25,000 dwt chemical tankers with 26 stainless steel tanks currently being built in Japan. All four ships will be on time charter, with the first expected to be delivered in September 2022.
The winning series is a revival of the names of KSEC (Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co.) ships built in South Korea in the late '80s, and sailed as part of the Odfjell fleet until early 2010s.
