The tailor-made Odfjell PowerPoint Add-in has just been launched. It is a powerful new tool designed to help you create better presentations faster. Whether you're preparing for a board meeting, a town hall, a customer presentation or other meetings, the add-in provides the resources you need within PowerPoint, including photo library, profiles and slide selection. From now on, you can spend less time searching and more time focusing on your message and slide designs.

What can the Odfjell PowerPoint Add-in do?

  • Insert pre-designed slides:  Do you need to add a corporate overview, project update, or safety slide? The add-in lets you easily insert professionally designed slides directly into your deck, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all presentations.

  • Add people profiles: You can now insert team member profiles using their Odfjell email address. The add-in will automatically pull their name, title, and profile image. If you need to include a guest speaker or external partner, you can easily add their name and photo manually.
     
  • Access the Insite Mediabank images instantly: No more switching between tabs or downloading files. The add-in gives you direct access from PowerPoint to the Odfjell Mediabank, allowing you to browse and insert approved images directly into your slides.

Some of you might experience that the Add-in does not show up right away. If this is the case, please try restarting PowerPoint or your laptop in order for it to show up.

Getting started

The add-in will be available in your PowerPoint ribbon under the Odfjell tab in the top right corner. Just click to launch it, explore the tools, and start confidently building impactful presentations.
