The assessment will help determine how well existing initiatives have been integrated into daily operations—both at sea and ashore. Conducted with the support of Green-Jakobsen, a Danish maritime consultancy, the project includes an online survey and a series of interviews with seafarers and key office personnel.
For our seafarers, the survey link and details will be shared via the Master onboard, while the selected shore personnel will receive their invites through their respective Odfjell emails.
The goal is to identify strengths and areas where work practices, processes, or focus may deviate from intended goals. Honest feedback is key to getting a clear picture of the current work environment.

The survey was launched on board the vessels on Saturday, March 29, 2025, with interviews to follow through April.
