Calls made to the virtual mobile number will be patched through G Travel Manila’s phone system, with the call answered by Travel Consultants on duty. Agents on duty will be able to transfer calls to any specific Travel Consultant if needed.
The virtual mobile number can only receive phone calls and is not equipped to receive incoming or send outgoing SMS. It is also unable to receive calls or messages sent using mobile apps such as Viber or WhatsApp. To contact G Travel Manila via SMS or mobile messaging apps, use the please use 24/7 mobile number instead.
