The new solution comes with modules for MPS stakeholders, from the Crewing personnel ashore to the captains onboard, and to individual seafarers.
Odfjell has been using the Adonis crew information management software for an extensive number of years. While there have been system upgrades, the program's capability and offerings are no longer in line with the company's short- and long-term requirements for extensive digitalization.
We need a cloud-based software with minimal system limitations to ensure seamless operations and employees' satisfaction. On this backdrop, an evaluation of our requirements versus the current solution was initiated in late 2017. Five reputable software companies participated in a process of evaluation and tendering. Netvision's Compas emerged as the best alternative for Odfjell throughout this process.

As Compas is a complete crew management solution, all stakeholders can expect a comprehensive reference for all operational requirements. Users will be able to communicate via the portal, making collaboration easier and more efficient.
