Since January 2018, the Social Security System (SSS) has implemented the online submission of remittance reports. However, due to flaws in the agency's new online reporting system, there have been delays in the posting of contributions.
Odfjell's Crewing Office in Manila has raised the issue with SSS, and is closely coordinating with the agency's Member Electronic Services Department to have this rectified.
In the meantime, crewmembers may visit the Crew and Family Affairs (CFA) office for an updated certificate of contributions.
