After lunch, VP Maritime Personnel Svend Foyn-Bruun, along with OPI General Manager Captain Remigio Zamora and VP - Head of Crewing Agnes Enesio, sat down with each of the groups (MLOs, PLOs, Petty Officers and Ratings) to discuss seafarers' feedback and suggestions on their compensation and benefits.
Among the matters raised during the meeting were revisiting ETO compensation package, internet quality on board, ShipMoney fees, salary standardization for Boys/Stewardesses, and the availability of feminine care items in the slop chest.
