The Crew Experience Feedback survey aims to assess crewmembers' recent onboard experiences in the areas of leadership, safety, training and development, welfare, rotation and planning, and general MPS services.
It also seeks to gain a sense of which practices are appreciated by the seafarers, and collect relevant suggestions for improvement.
The link to the online survey is sent to off-signers’ email address after disembarkation, and it takes less than five minutes to complete. It is anonymous and responding is optional, but seafarers are highly encouraged to share their feedback to help improve MPS services.
For years, the Crew Experience survey has served as tool aiding improvement program for MPS Manila. It provides the management with information on MPS, company’s performance as well as actionable items toward continuous improvement.
