COVID-19 Update: OiP reopens office on June 8 with skeleton staff

After almost three months of lockdown in Manila, the Odfjell in the Philippines (OiP) office reopens on June 8, manned by 20% of workforce.
The following guidelines will be strictly implemented at OiP effective Monday, June 8, 2020:
Distant reporting remains activated. Crewmembers (including off-signers) are not required to report to the office unless extremely necessary.
Set an appointment first with the concerned employee or department before going to the office. Only those with confirmed appointments will be entertained. Send a private message on Facebook for assistance in reaching a certain department or employee.
Applicants for sea-based positions will be entertained via online platforms. Applications and follow-ups may be sent to recruitment@odfjell.com.
Visits from family members and allottees remain prohibited.
The following house rules will also be observed:
Ensure to wear a mask at all times.
Be prepared to undergo required sanitation and body temperature check before being allowed to enter the office.
Expect to fill out a health checklist form, as mandated by the national government.
Follow the health and safety guidelines and social distancing protocols implemented within the office premises.
