Odfjell Terminals Dalian has had a very strong safety and operational performance for years. The terminal is jointly owned by the Port Authority of Dalian (PTD) and operated by Odfjell. Onsite, Kristian was given a tour of the terminal, and met with the management and JV partners to discuss the plans for the future. Among the delegates were the current Chairman of OTD, Sun De Quan of PDA, and Zhou Jing Hong, General Manager of the Liaoning Port Group who recently acquired PDA.
