Bow Optima will resume operations as soon as the mandatory sanitation is completed.
A total of seven colleagues tested positive on board, four from the PCR test that was taken of all crew on December 13, and the three who tested positive early December. All reported mild symptoms and were kept in isolation at their cabins until all crew members tested negative. Every one in the crew is vaccinated.
We thank the Captain and crew for their diligence, patience and strict adherence to protective measures. This has without a doubt helped limit the spread of the virus on board the ship.
