Four United States Coast Guard (USCG) officers boarded Bow Olympus in Houston to conduct a training program on preparation for Certificate of Compliance (CoC) inspections.
According to the USCG team leader, they chose an Odfjell vessel for the program because based on their experience, Odfjell vessels usually display high standards during their preparations and documentation process for CoC inspections.
The officers and crew of Bow Olympus supported the guests in preparing the documentation process, resulting in a successful outcome for both the crew and the USCG officers. To show their appreciation, the USCG Sector Houston-Galveston awarded the vessel with a certificate:
