A seafarer who has been vaccinated against covid19 at Port Health Centre/Arbo Unie or at KLM Health Services can request an EU Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC). Due to very strict privacy rules regarding the processing of medical data, this request cannot be dealt with by the employer.
Seafarers who have been vaccinated by Port Health Centre / Arbo Unie must submit their application via EUDCC@kvnr.nl. The KVNR will provide the EU DCC’s to seafarers as a task representative of Arbo Unie.
Seafarers who have been vaccinated at KLM Health Services must submit their application via covid19vaccination.health@klm.com.
Only applications that are complete and have been submitted correctly will be processed. After sending the application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. There is no need to submit an application twice or more. We strive to issue the EUDCC within a week after receiving the request. Incorrect and incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
